Free Clinic of Franklin County at Bernard Healthcare Center (FCFC/BHC) has established these Terms of Use for all who visit, use and interact with this portal and/or website and/or any other interactive portal and/or website hosted by a third party, the content of which is controlled by FCFC/BHC (individually and collectively “Site”). By using this Site, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you do not have permission to use this Site. FCFC/BHC may modify or change these Terms of Use at any time, without notice.  Any modifications made to the Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to review the Terms and Conditions as posted on the Site each time you visit the Site so that you are aware of any modifications made to these Terms and Conditions. You must agree to abide by the revised terms in order to have permission to continue to use this Site.

This method is the industry standard, which makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to intercept credit card information submitted online. Children

FCFC/BHC welcomes children to use our Site with a parent’s/legal guardian’s permission and in accordance with these Terms of Use. Our Site is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under the age of 13. Users under the age of 13 are expressly prohibited from submitting their personally identifiable information to us via the Site or using portions of the Site that require registration. If you are under 18, you need permission of a parent/legal guardian to use a credit card to make donations online.

This agreement is entered into and performed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and you agree this agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without consideration to the principles of the conflicts of law. Your continued use of our Site, confirms you consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Virginia and venue of Richmond, Virginia, for any state or federal action arising out of the use of this Site. This agreement does not constitute doing business in any other state than Virginia.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to our Site, or these Terms of Use, must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or such claim or cause is barred.
